Utalii hotel is an application Hotel that is mandated to facilitate practical training for students pursuing various courses in Hospitality and Tourism Industry at the Kenya Utalii College. The college operates the hotel as a laboratory for both the students and industry practitioners. The hotel also operates as a revenue generation Centre, contributing to the colleges recurrent budgetary requirement.

Utalii Hotel which is known for its “Country Serenity in the City” is located along the famous Thika Superhighway; 13 minutes (10.8 Km) away from the Central Business District (CBD-Nairobi) and 28 minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport- JKIA.
